Clients are kept fully informed as to the progress of the debt recovery with interim reports that are available to all our clients, and can be down loaded from our members secured web page on the Bradley James Limited web site, this will update you with the steps that are being taken 24 hours a day in the recovery of the monies owed to you, and of the debtors reaction and any proposal they may make to repay their debt. No final decisions are ever taken without the client’s complete agreement and approval.

Our standard rate is 25% of all monies recovered on a “no win-no fee” basis.
